Rumble in the Jungle Workshop

Let's hit the holidays swinging! Join us for FOUR hours of STEAMPlay these winter holidays to design, create, construct and battle a moving creature with a weapon, where the last creature standing with their balloon wins! 
 
When:
Monday, June 29th, 2026
Time: 9.30am-1.30pm (please BYO lunch and water- fridge, coffee supplies and microwave available)

Cost: 
Option 1: BYO tech or Return tech (students keep wheels but give back motors, remote control and battery): $100

Option 2: Supplied tech (students keep wheels and 3x motors, but parents will need to purchase their own battery/remote- we can show you where to purchase) $125
 
What:
Students will use recycled materials, tools*, art supplies and Bluetooth technology to create their own moving creature to battle. Please note that this workshop is for students aged 7+, and parents may opt to stay and play, or drop off.
 
*(Tools include scissors, utility knives, Makedo cardboard saws and screwdrivers, paper fasteners and toothpicks/skewers. We believe that children are capable learners, but require students' respect, focus and attention when using these tools).
